About the event
A two-hour, hands-on chocolate date night at Zi Spice, romantic, a little messy (in a cute way), and actually worth the ticket.
You’ll start with a welcome sip and a mini chocolate tasting where we’ll show you how to taste like a snob (snap, aroma and melt, yes, it’s a thing). Then we’ll teach you the basics of ganache; how chocolate + cream becomes silky truffles and how to build flavor like a pro.
Then the fun part: you’ll make chocolate together.
Your ticket includes:
• A welcome sip + a glass of wine or cocktail per person (non-alcoholic options available).
• Guided chocolate tasting + mini lessons throughout (ganache, flavor, finishing techniques)
